An exceptionally unique experience tailored to you
Phone Consultation
When you first reach out to SOS, a complimentary phone consultation is conducted to determine that we are able to assist you properly. During the phone call, you will discuss your space, task and project you would like support with. We will ask questions about what you hope to accomplish. It is an opportunity for you to ask SOS questions as well. If SOS is appropriate for your project, we will schedule an in-person consultation.
In-Person Consultation
SOS will meet you at your location and assess your project’s needs. The in-person assessment is intended for you to present the space you need assistance. Organizing is a personal process. It is important that there is a connection and that you trust the professional organizer.
Work Sessions
SOS will work with you to help you meet your goals. In most cases, it is requested that you be available to work with us for some hands on organizing. This will allow SOS to help you complete the project based on your lifestyle and needs.
Follow Up Sessions
SOS will work with you to help you maintain your goals for the specific space. We will follow up with you after our initial session to ensure you maintain an organized space.
About Susan
Susan is a professional organizer native to California, residing in Orange County. With several years of organizing experience, she helps people simplify their lives by transforming conventional and cluttered homes and offices into usable, dynamic and creative spaces. Susan believes organization is about achieving a balance between function and form.
Susan’s love for organizing started when she was a child and has grown into a lifelong passion. She is proud to be a part of a profession who can profoundly enhance people’s lives. She brings organization into people’s homes through passion, experience and ongoing education.
Susan’s previous career experience in the hospitality industry (and traveling to more than 20 countries and residing in 3) has exposed her to a wide range of cultures and personalities in which she is able to understand and respect customs while providing an organized and functional area. Prior to launching SOS – Simply Organized by Susan, Susan was a paralegal for over 20 years where she perfected her process of efficiencies. She understands and honors client confidentiality and will keep all client information, both business and personal confidential.
Susan’s goal is to provide professional customized organizing solutions according to her client’s lifestyle. Everyone should feel tranquility through simplifying their living and allowing more time, freedom, space and money to appreciate and experience their life to their fullest potential.
Susan helps her clients through the decluttering and organization processes with compassion, respect and patience. Working at a pace that is comfortable for them. Creating changes in your space will help simplify your life, leaving more time for you to spend time on what is truly important to you.
